Block website without using software

First you need to go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\Hosts
And type any website you wanna block in your computer under 127.0.0.1 host name





But notice that when you must type wrong google IP, in fact google IP is 74.125.19.147........ you can type 127.0.0.2, like that !!!

eg.
127.0.0.1 host name
1.1.1.1 www.youtube.com
2.2.2.2 www.google.com
1.1.1.3 www.yahoo.com
1.1.1.4 www.filehippo.com
